What To Expect
Each of our Valorfit classes is structured into three distinct phases: a comprehensive warm-up, a core segment dedicated to strength development or skill practice, and a final, high-intensity conditioning workout (WOD) to conclude the session.
Our classes cater to all fitness levels, from absolute beginners to experienced athletes.
The Essentials
To ensure you have a safe and effective session, please come prepared. Closed-in athletic shoes are required for all workouts. Remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and, most importantly, a positive attitude.
While not essential, a speed rope and grips (such as frog grips/redback grips) can enhance your training.
Your readiness to learn and put in the effort is the key to a great experience.
