What To Expect
Each of our boxing classes is structured into three distinct phases: a comprehensive warm-up, a core segment of skill work and technical drills, and a final conditioning block to conclude the session. Our classes cater to all experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned boxers.
The Essentials
To get the most out of your session, please come prepared with a few essentials. For your safety and support, closed-in athletic shoes are required for all workouts. Remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and most importantly, come with a positive attitude. Being ready to learn and put in the effort is the key to a great training experience.
